AppleCheeks Review and Giveaway!

This post is sponsored by AppleCheeks Cloth Diapers. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Affiliate links may be present in this post.

I've always heard that AppleCheeks size 1 diapers fit teeny, tiny newborns, but I never actually knew for sure. With my first son, we didn't try AppleCheeks Envelope Covers until he was fitting in a size 2. We loved the fit and swim diapers have always been a favorite! So when my first son came home at 5 lbs 2 oz (born at 4 lbs 4 oz) we were excited to try the size 1 covers on him to see how they really fit.

While the diaper looks huge on him (he was oh-so-tiny!), it actually was a great fit around his scrawny legs. I didn't have any concerns about leg leaks. We used the cover paired with 2 ply bamboo insert and love the absorbency! One of my favorite things about AppleCheeks is the ruffles. I love how adorable they look!

AppleCheeks covers can be used as a pocket or as a cover. The best part is that my inserts always agitate out in the wash without me having to pull them out myself. I love that! AppleCheeks covers come in three sizes. Size 1 is supposed to fit from 7-20 lbs, but as you can see above, it definitely fits on smaller babies too! Size 2 fits from 20-40 lbs and size 3 fits at 30+ lbs and is great for big kids! AppleCheeks also has a new one-size cover.

For the newborn phase, I'm a huge fan of size diapers that start fitting on newborns and fit much longer than a typical "newborn" diaper. AppleCheeks size 1 definitely fits this criteria and is a great solution for new babies! At six months old, my son still fits in a size one cover and will for quite some time!

AppleCheeks covers are $17 for the sized version and $22 for the one-size cover. Enter the giveaway below to win a Microterry Bundle from AppleCheeks!
