I'm Jenny.  I'm a work at home mom to Noah and a wife to Chas, the cloth diapering dad.  I used to be a 3rd grade teacher until I was blessed with the birth of my only child, Noah.

Chas and I have been together since 2008 and had a very quick courtship.  We married 9 months and 1 day after our first date. We fell in love very quickly and should have gotten married on our third date instead of dragging it out for 9 months. We love to save money and hope to retire extremely wealthy one day and go on cruises.

I have Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and struggled to get pregnant with our sweet little one, Noah.  He is my blessing! I have always dreamed of being a mother, but nothing could have prepared me for the amount of love and joy this little boy brings me!

Noah is everything we hoped for in a child! He's a great sleeper and has a sweet, quiet personality. We're hoping that develops into a kid who is a rule follower (like both of his parents).  In the mean time, we are charmed by his smiles, love for his "puppy", and sweet snuggles at bedtime.

We have spent almost three years unsuccessfully trying to conceive a second child. It does not seem to be God's plan for our family at this time. We don't know what the future holds, but hope for more children one day.

We cloth diaper to save money and it has quickly become an addiction...fascination...obsession.  For months I drove my friends and family crazy with my cloth diaper discussions.  Finally, I convinced some friends and my two sister in laws to jump on board.  They are all addicted now too.  Call me an enabler.

I drive Chas crazy talking about my diapers which is why I now have this blog.  He's extremely supportive in my endeavors and almost always says yes to new diapers because he knows I am saving him a ton of money.  I hope you enjoy the things you see and read here.  If there's any suggestions for topics please let me know!

This blog started in 2012 when Noah was just five months old. It has been a spring board into other amazing opportunities! You can find me chatting about cloth for Kelly's Closet or blogging for various other cloth diaper blogs.

About the pictures on my site:
I am a terrible photographer.  I use my cell phone camera for everything! I don't bother pulling out our point and shoot.  So if you ever see an awesome photo on this blog (like the 2 above) you can assume they were taken by my awesome photographer sister in law at Urban Fields Photography.  She is amazing.  If you are local you should book her for a session. :)

  1. Hi, I'm Chantal and I suffer from PCOS as well. I live in Canada, and here I used a drug called letrozole, it was used off label. I found when I used clomind my body did not respond but it did for letrozole. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant. If you have any questions let me know .
