I am a Stay-at-Home-Mom and wife, and I love it!! I got married when I was 17, and had my babies at ages 18, 19, 20, and 21. My husband, Bram works at a nuclear power plant.
How long have you been cloth diapering?
I have been cloth diapering for about a month now.
Why did you choose to cloth diaper?
My fourth baby, Liam, is a white, blonde baby...and his skin is super sensitive. I got a FREE box of Flip diapers in an order from Vine.com, and it was an answer to a prayer I hadn't uttered yet. Liam had a diaper rash that was hanging around for almost a week, and I didn't know what to do! Put him in the cloth diapers and it was GONE!! =)
What diapers are in your stash?
bumGenius, Flip, Thirsties Duo, & Sports Bumz custom.
Favorite diaper in your stash?
BumGenius 4.0 Pocket diaper, Albert
Biggest cloth diapering challenge?
Getting hubby to change them!!
Favorite thing about cloth diapering?
They are adorable, and look so cute on a baby's butt!! Love all the prints, too!
Least favorite thing about cloth diapering?
Having to deal with the poo. With disposables, you can just throw it way. But it's not that bad.
Favorite piece of parenting or cloth diaper advice?
Using fleece fabric for a liner instead of the flushable ones.
Anything extra you'd like to share?
My sons, Kayson & Liam were both preemies. Kayson was born 6 weeks early (34 weeks old, on Daddy's birthday!). He was in the NICU for 2 weeks. Liam was 7 weeks early (33 weeks old, on my hubby's Nana & Papa's anniversary!). He was in the NICU for a month.
