Lay-n-Go Lite Mat

Have you seen the Lay-n-Go activity mat? The Lay-n-Go Lite is an 18" person activity mat and storage solution. Just place whatever you want to on the mat. Whenever you need to use it, the mat lays flat making it easy to find all of your stuff! Then when you're done and ready to clean up, just pull the drawstring and securely store your stuff! The Lay-n-Go keeps it all contained without a big mess! In seconds your things can be cleaned up!

I've seen the Lay-n-Go all over Pinterest advertised as a way to play and store Legos. I think this is a wonderful idea, but with a 16 month old, we aren't really at the tiny millions of Lego stage. So, I got creative and came up with a few other ideas for using the Lay-n-Go at this stage in our lives.

The Lay-n-Go Lite mat has so many uses! Here are a few of my favorites:

Picnic:
I love to store a snack or a lunch inside and use it as a placemat for Noah.

Make-up Storage:
Prior to using the Lay-n-Go, my make up bag was a nightmare! I couldn't find anything without dumping it now. Now, everything spreads out easily and stores quickly and compactly!

On the go diaper changing mat and storage:
I hate dragging the whole diaper bag with me to change Noah's diaper when we're out in public. With the Lay-n-Go, I can keep an diaper, our wet bag and some wipes inside. When I need to change his diaper, I just grab the mat and lay him on top. All of our stuff is contained and there's no digging in my mess of a diaper bag!

Toy Storage:
Noah is in love with all of his Little People! We can keep his Little People animals in the Lay-n-Go for road trips. I don't have to worry about finding them all when he's done playing!

You can buy a Lay-n-Go Lite for $24.95 from Pish Posh Baby in five fun colors! Pish Posh Baby also sells the original larger sized Lay-n-Go. You can find strollers, car seats, and other baby products at Pish Posh Baby! They offer free shipping on all orders over $75!
