A Cloth Diaper Story: Marie-Etta
Gene, 13 months
SAHM who enjoys sewing and reading
How long have you been cloth diapering?
Just over 1 year. Gene wore his first cloth diaper when he was 3 weeks old.
Why did you choose to cloth diaper?
For the savings! I wanted to stay home with my son and knew that we would need to find ways to save money in order for that to happen. Diapers are incredibly expensive, so using cloth was an easy choice!
What diapers are in your stash?

Favorite diaper in your stash?
Biggest cloth diapering challenge?
Battling a yeast rash
Favorite thing about cloth diapering?
How fluffy it makes Gene's bottom! My husband comes from a long line of men who lack trunk junk and Gene inherited those genes (haha). Cloth diapers help him look a bit more squishy. :)
Least favorite thing about cloth diapering?
That period of time from 6-12m where you have to spray the poop because it's no longer water soluble yet it doesn't plop off yet.
Favorite piece of parenting or cloth diaper advice?
It is not as difficult or disgusting as you imagine it will be!
